Booking Terms & Conditions

Please read and understand the following booking terms carefully to avoid any last-minute inconvenience during your journey.

1. Calendar Day Policy (Outstation Trips)

For outstation bookings, one calendar day is calculated from 00:00 hrs to 23:59 hrs. We provide an additional buffer of 4–5 hours while returning to Bangalore; however, if this exceeds the allowed limit, an extra day charge equivalent to 300 km rental will apply.

2. Driver Batta (Allowance)

When you hire a cab between 00:00 hrs and 23:59 hrs, the following driver allowances may apply:

  • Day Driver Batta (Mandatory): Applicable from 06:00 AM to 10:00 PM
  • Early Morning Batta: Applicable between 00:00 AM and 06:00 AM only if the driver is driving
  • Late Night Batta: Applicable between 10:00 PM and 11:59 PM only if the driver is driving

Note: Night stay charges are not applicable. Driver batta is charged only for driving hours. For example, if a cab is hired for 3 days and 2 nights with no driving between 10 PM and 6 AM, only 3 day driver battas will be charged.

3. Customer Do’s & Don’ts

To ensure safety and comfort for all:

  1. Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited inside the cab.
  2. Playing loud music is not permitted.
  3. Rash driving or forcing drivers to exceed speed limits is not allowed (maximum speed: 90–100 km/h).
  4. Self-driving is not permitted – all vehicles are driver-driven commercial cabs only.
  5. Entry into restricted areas such as forests, defense zones, trekking zones, or prohibited regions is not allowed.
  6. Air-conditioning may be switched off in ghat sections or when advised by the driver for safety.
  7. Outstation cabs are not permitted for Bangalore city local sightseeing or travel.
  8. Carrying illegal substances, weapons, or prohibited items is strictly forbidden; responsibility lies entirely with the customer.
  9. In case of restrictions by local authorities or private bodies, customers are requested to cooperate with the driver’s decision.
  10. Driver food and accommodation are self-managed; however, customer support is appreciated on humanitarian grounds.
  11. Damaging or dirtying the cab interiors will attract cleaning charges.
  12. Customers are responsible for any damage caused by children to the vehicle.

4. Mutual Respect Policy

All our cabs are provided with drivers only. We request customers to treat our drivers respectfully. Assistance with luggage or doors is at the driver’s discretion and not mandatory. Our drivers are assigned to operate the vehicle safely and professionally.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation 24 hours prior – 100% refund (bank charges deducted)
  • Cancellation within 12 hours – No refund
  • No-show on travel date/time – No refund

6. Cab Breakdown Policy

In case of a vehicle breakdown or unforeseen incident, customers may close the trip at that point and arrange alternative transport. Subject to availability and distance, we may provide a replacement vehicle depending on the situation.

7. Booking & Payment Policy

Bookings can be made via our website or by contacting our support team. All bookings are confirmed only after receiving an advance payment through:

  • Cash (office visit)
  • UPI (GPay / PhonePe / Paytm)
  • Bank Transfer (IMPS)

Trip Closure:
Full payment must be completed immediately after trip completion. Credit is not permitted.

Advance to Driver:
Customers are requested to provide some cash to the driver during the trip for fuel and toll expenses; this amount will be adjusted during final settlement.

8. Odometer & Time Calculation Policy

Outstation Rentals:

Kilometers are calculated from:
Office → Pickup → Destination → Final Drop → Office.

If trip closure occurs around 10 PM, night driver batta may still apply as the driver must return the vehicle to the office. To avoid this, customers are advised to close trips by 9:30 PM.

Local Rentals:

Kilometers are charged office-to-office, while rental hours start and end at the customer’s pickup and drop point.

Airport Transfers:

Airport transfers are charged on a round-trip basis from our office → pickup → airport → office. Fixed pricing will be informed during booking.

Important Note:
Google Maps distance is not considered final. Customers may verify opening and closing odometer readings daily. Any disputes must be raised before trip closure.

9. Driver Welfare

Although customers are not required to cover driver food or stay, please ensure drivers are given reasonable time to eat, rest, and refuel during the trip. Driver breaks (20–30 minutes) are part of the journey.

10. Communication During Trips

Customers should clearly share daily travel plans with the driver during outstation trips. Drivers are experienced and can suggest better routes and travel options. Network issues may occur in remote areas; therefore, confirm parking and pickup points in advance with the driver.

11. Inter-State Permit Policy

Inter-state travel requires permits at state borders:

  • Customers must provide cash for permit charges.
  • Waiting time may occur during peak seasons.
  • Additional kilometers may apply for permit procurement routes.

Note: Entering another state without a valid permit is illegal and may result in heavy penalties as per government regulations.
